How to prepare Gluten free chocolate Finger millet | Ragi cookies recipe



Ingredients:

1 cup finger millet flour

1/2 cup jaggery

1/4 cup Cocoa powder 

1/2 cup dissolved ghee 

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp cardamom powder (discretionary)


Directions:

In a blending bowl, consolidate the millet flour, cocoa powder, jaggery, dissolved ghee or margarine, baking powder, and cardamom powder (if utilizing). Blend well until the batter meets up.

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Take little parcels of the batter and roll them into balls. Level the balls somewhat and put them on a baking plate fixed with material paper.

Prepare for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature or until the treats are slightly brown.
